I was surprised by how spacious the room was and enjoyed the hard floors instead of carpet, which felt cleaner. The breakfast, although basic, had a decent variety, and at least we had room for everyone. Just don’t expect it to look like the photos!

The Oyo Hotel Portage I-94 provides a fantastic location for business travelers with its proximity to the interstate and local amenities. The spacious room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV and reliable free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay productive during my trip. The staff was very accommodating, assisting with my requests promptly and efficiently, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

If you’re on the hunt for a good bite, Nicky's Gyros is a hidden gem just down the road—definitely hit that up! The sheets were clean, and the bed was comfy, making for a decent night's rest—which, let's be real, is a must on any trip! Plus, the self-controlled AC was a real charm in the summer heat.

The carpets felt a bit moist—now, I'm not saying they were freshly shampooed, but they sure had that vibe! Breakfast was minimal, with just a few packaged goodies to pick from. And don't get me started on the thin walls. my neighbor’s late-night TV binges were a rude awakening.

We had a spacious King Room that accommodated our family perfectly, allowing plenty of room for the rollaway bed. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. We were just a short drive from great dining options. Our visit to the nearby golf club was a fun experience too!

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be improved for families with children. Offering more variety would definitely make mornings easier.
